Prague - Charles Bridge - Infant of Prague - Amazing!!!

The sun peeked out for a brief minute so of course I snap a photo.  Prague was beautiful.  We were staying in a hostel about 20 min from the center of the city.  I have to say part of the fun of traveling was staying in the smaller cheaper accommodations.  You get to met people of the country that is different than staying in a major hotel.  Also the fun of taking the subways from residential areas to the middle of the cities is quite adventurous.

One the the most interesting people we met was our taxi driver.  He spoke a little english and we only spoke english.  He was impressive.  He agreed to pick us up at 4:00 am so we could make our cheap flight to Milan.  He called and confirmed our pick up time.  It was very reassuring since we didn't speak the language at all.  He was right on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.

It is very difficult to see but in the center of the photo is the Infant of Prague.  Impressive in person.
Did I mention I love coffee.  Well I don't know why I was surprised but, yes, there are Starbucks in Prague.  It made to hike up the hill to the castle a little easier when I saw there was coffee at the top.
I love this photo.  It just captures the feel of the city.  We were there on a Sunday and there were several concerts taking place.  Fun City!!!
